甘蔗异染色质的研究

摘    要:应用Giemsa C一分带技术显示甘蔗染色体异染色质区,结果表明,甘蔗异染色质含量平均为51%。不同品种的异染色质含量差异显著。异染色质在染色体上的分布可分为4种类型,其中最基本且较稳定的类型是着丝点区域为异染色质区。完全异染色质化的染色体常是小型染色体。

Abstract:Giemsa C-banding of chromosomes of hybrid sugarcanes shows that the heterochromatin content averaged 51%, Heterochromatin varied greatly in content between the hybrids of sngarcane, and its distribution in chromosomes might be categorized into 4 patterns. The basic and stabler heteroch-romatin sites were observed on the centromere regions of chromosomes. Chromosomes which were completely heterochromatinized were usually smaller in genomes.
