‘贵妃杧’和‘四季杧’在福建泉州的试种表现初报

摘    要:针对泉州地区杧果优良品种缺乏、成熟期较为集中等问题,对引进的‘贵妃杧’和‘四季杧’在泉州地区的试种进行研究。结果表明,‘贵妃杧’长势较好,产量稳定,果实可食率高,纤维少,品质佳,具有较好的推广价值;‘四季杧’植株具有速生快长的特性,周年开花结果且稳产丰产,果实品质佳,还可丰富杧果淡季销售市场,推广前景看好。‘贵妃杧’平均单果重547.9 g,可食率82.3%,可溶性固形物含量15.3%,果肉细嫩爽口;‘四季杧’正造果平均单果重358.4 g,可食率77.3%,可溶性固形物17.5%,果汁较多;‘四季杧’反季果平均单果重313.4 g,可食率74.7%,可溶性固形物含量22.5%,果汁较少但甜度更高。这两个品种在株产、平均单果重、可食率、纤维含量、果实品质等方面均优于本地杧果,适宜在泉州地区进行大面积推广种植。

Preliminary report on the trial performance of 'Guifei Mango' and 'Siji?Mango' in Quanzhou, Fujian

Abstract:In response to the problems of lack of good mango varieties and concentrated maturity period in Quanzhou area, we studied the trial planting of ''Guifei mango'' and ''Siji mango'' introduced in Quanzhou area. The results showed that ''Guifei Mango'' has good growth, stable yield, high edibility of fruit, low fiber of flesh, good quality, and good promotion value; ''Siji Mango'' has the characteristics of fast growth, annual flowering and fruiting, stable and abundant production, and good quality of fruit. It can also enrich the off-season sales market of fruits, and has good promotion prospects. The average single fruit weight of ''Guifei Mango'' is 547.9 g, with an edibility rate of 82.3%, soluble solids content 15.3%, and tender and crisp flesh; the average single fruit weight of ''Siji Mango'' is 358.4 g, with an edibility rate of 77.3%, soluble solids content 17.5%, more fruit juice; the average single fruit weight of ''Siji Mango'' anti-season fruit was 313.4 g, with an edibility rate of 74.7%, soluble solids of 22.5% and less juice but more sweetness. The two varieties are better than local mangoes in terms of plant yield, average single fruit weight, edibility, fiber content, and fruit quality, and are suitable for large-area promotion in Quanzhou area.
