摘    要:根据已发表的谷物干燥数学模型编写了谷物通风干燥模拟计算程序。利用该程序玉米,稻谷在不同干燥条件下的干燥时间,计算干燥过程中沿气流运动方向谷堆各点的水分及粮温变化,并可对谷物机械通风干燥的性能进行综合分析研究。

Abstract:Based on the published mathematical models for grain drying, a simulated calculation program for grain drying through ventilation was designed. Through this program, we can predict the amount of drying time for maize and rice under different drying conditions, calculate the moisture and temperature changes, at different points along the moving air currents in the grain stack during the drying process. and conduct comprehensive studies on the performances of grain drying process through mechanical ventilation. The results of the simulation can be printed out in two forms: table or curve. To test reliability of the simulated program, ventilation drying tests on maize and rice under certain drying conditions were conducted by using the grain ventilation unit. The result of the tests showed that the amount of drying time, the moisture and temperature changes at different points in the grain stack agree fairly well with those calculated from the simulation.
