不同种源花椒抗寒性比较研究

摘    要:通过测定-12、-16、-20、-24、-28和-32℃条件下陕西凤县、循化花椒、甘肃武都、河北涉县4个种源大红袍花椒枝条的电解质外渗率和半致死温度,比较了不同种源花椒的抗寒能力。结果表明:4个种源花椒枝条的半致死温度在-26.36~-19.95℃之间,其抗寒性表现为:凤县花椒〉循化花椒〉涉县花椒〉武都花椒。

Abstract:The cold tolerance of Zanthoxylum bungeanumcoming from provenances of Fengxian,Xunhua,Wudou and Shexian were studied by determining their the semi-lethal temperature and electrolyte leak at the condition of-12,-16,-20,24,-28 and-32 ℃ of the branches.The results showed that the semi-lethal temperature of 4 provenances were-26.36℃~-19.95℃.The cold tolerance were FengxianXunhuaShexianWudou.
