不同品种芒果叶中芒果苷含量的测定

摘    要:目的]建立芒果叶药材中芒果苷含量的测定方法,测定8个不同品种芒果叶中芒果苷的含量。方法]采用RP-HPLC测定芒果叶中芒果苷含量。结果]芒果苷标准曲线回归方程为:y=1 925 446.835x+225 756.857(r=0.999 4),在850~6 800μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.5%,RSD=1.42%。结论]该方法简便、准确,可用于芒果叶药材的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to establish a mangiferin content determination method of different varieties of mango leaves.Methods] RP-HPLC was used to determinate the mangiferin content.Results]The standard curve regression equation of mangiferin was y=1 925 446.835x+225 756.857(r=0.999 4),the linear relationship was well when injection volume was between 850-6 800 μg.Average recovery was 98.5%,and RSD=1.42%.Conclusion] The method was simple and reliable,which could be used to control the quality of mango leaves.
