番木瓜鲜果采乳技术的研究

摘    要:对果龄、采乳方法、采乳时间和采乳次数等影响番木瓜果实乳汁产量的因素研究结果表明,60天果龄的果实乳汁产量最高;每隔五天采乳1次,每次每果纵切四刀的果实乳汁产量最高;适宜的采乳时间取决于大气温度和相对湿度,乳汁产量随气温升高和相对湿度下降而降低,因此,采乳时间应在早晨进行,或在多云阴天和气温较低、相对湿度较高的天气进行;每果采乳次数不宜过多,一般以3—5次为宜,既可以节约劳动费用,又可以获得较理想的乳计和果实产量。

Abstract:This article deals with the relations of latex yield of papaya fruit to the tapping conditions including fruitage, tapping methods, times and frequency. The results showed that papaya fruits at 60th day after setting gave higher latex yield by 20.26 grams per kilogram fresh fruit. The highest latex yield could be got under tapping at an interval of 5 days with four longotudinal cuts. The latex yield was also related to ambient temperature and humidity during tapping. The optimum time for tapping was 8 a.m. or so or on cloudy days when the temperature is lower and the relative humidity higher.Three to five tappings could be made on a fruit during the whole growth period.
