大豆对铜、锌、锰的吸收和分配

摘    要:大豆植株中Cu、Zn的含量是种子>叶片>叶柄、茎秆;Mn的含量是叶片>叶柄、茎秆>种子。大豆对Cu、Zn、Mn的积累量以结荚至鼓粒期为最多。大豆对Cu、Zn的吸收强度(mg/亩·日)以鼓粒期为最大,而Mn的吸收强度以结荚初期为最大。安农75—59亩产189.5kg,需要吸收Cu5.95g、Zn30.43g、Mn19.53g,安激一号亩产214.5kg,需要吸收Cu6.92g、Zn34.64g、Mn25.13g。大豆植株中的P/Zn比值因不同生育期、不同器官而异,叶片中的P/Zn比以分技期最高,茎中的P/Zn比以结荚鼓粒期为最高,花荚、籽粒>叶片、茎秆。

Abstract:Experiment was conducted in 1989 for investigating the absorption and distribution of Cu, Zn, and Mn, and the ratio of P: Zz in various Parts of soybean at different growth stages. Results indicate that kernels have the highest content of either Cu or Zn, Petiole and hulm have the lowest. Leafblade, however, has the highest content of Mn, while kernel has the lowest. The accumulation of Zn, Cu, and Mn in Plant varies with both plant variety and growth stages. The lasgest accumulated amount of the elements was found during Podding to seedfilling. The peak of absorption intensity(mg/mu.day) for Cu and Zn was found at seedfilling, for Mn was at early Podding. p. zn ratio also differs with plant parts and growth stages. The highest p: zn ratio in leafblade was observed at branching, in hulms was around poddingseed-filling. P: Zn ratio was higher in flower-pod and kernel and lower in leafblade and hulm.
