| 摘 要： | 通过田间系统观察、调查和采样,在室内进行了病原分离、鉴定和致病性测定,对葫芦巴根腐病病原菌进行了初步研究。结果表明,宁夏葫芦巴根腐病由茄镰刀菌、尖孢镰刀菌、立枯丝核菌和终极腐霉等复合病原真菌侵染引起。

| Abstract: | The pathogens of root-rot disease of Trigonella foenum-graecum L.were identified on the basis of pathogenicity testing and morphological characters in Ningxia.The results showed that the disease was caused by Fusarium solani(Mart.)Sacc.,F.oxysporum Schlesht.,Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn.and Pythium ultinum Trow.Pathogenicity testing proved that Fusarium solani(Mart.)Sacc.had highest virulence in those 4 fungi. |
