甘露寡糖、中药和微生态制剂对肉鸡抗氧化性能的影响

摘    要:1992只1日龄AA肉鸡随机分为4个处理组,饲喂四种不同的日粮。42日龄测定各组肉鸡组织及血清抗氧化指标的水平。结果表明:(1)除心脏和血清外,各试验组MDA含量均与IV组差异显著(P<0.05)。(2)肝脏中SOD变化较明显,各试验组均高于IV组,且差异显著(P<0.05)。心脏各组之间差异不显著。(3)心脏GSH-Px含量以III、II组较高,且均与IV组差异显著。血清以II组最高,且与其他各组之间差异显著(P<0.05)。(4)心脏T-AOC含量变化较大,各试验组均高于IV组,且差异显著(P<0.05)。血清以II组最高,且与其他试验组差异显著(P<0.05)。

Abstract:1992 one day old broilers selected were divided randomly into 4 groups to feed different diets.After 42 days,antioxidant index of muscle structure in each group was determined.The result is that(1):The MDA of liver is not obvious among the groups,the heart and serum of experiment groups is obviously affected(P<0.05).The II is the lowest for the leg.(2)The SOD of liver in experiment groups is higher than the control group,and it is obviously affected(P<0.05).It is not obviously affected among the hearts.II and III group are both higher than the control group for the serum,and it is obviously affected.It is not obviously affected between I and IV group.(3)The GSH-Px of liver in group I is the lowerst,the others are not obviously affected.The II and III group is higher in the heart,and both obviously affected than the control.The II is highest for the serum,and it is obviously affected(P<0.05).(4)The T-AOC of I and II are higher,and both are obviously affected.Each group is higher than the control in the heart,and it is obviously affected(P<0.05).The II is the highest for the serum,and it is obviously affected with other experiment groups(P<0.05),other experiment groups are all higher than the IV group.
