摘    要:NO分子是一种非常规的神经递质和神经调节分子,它首次被发现是由硝酸甘油在体内分解而得到的。低浓度的NO能起到扩张血管、改善心脏供血等作用,高浓度的NO具有抵抗病原体和肿瘤的作用。近年来,一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)被应用于海洋动物抵御外界病原体的研究,肯定了它在免疫防御方面的重要性。

Abstract:NO is an unconventional neurotransmitter and neuromodulator molecule that was first discovered by breaking nitro- glycerin down in human body. Low concentrations of NO can expansion the blood vessels and improve the blood supply of cardiac. While high concentrations of NO can resist pathogens and tumors. In recent years, the function of nitric oxide syn- thase (NOS) has been used to against the external pathogens in marine animals, which confirmed its importance.
