秀珍菇新菌株青秀2号的选育与应用

摘    要:以常山县规模栽培的秀珍菇为育种亲本,采用连续组织分离方法,经系统的自然筛选,育成了高产、优质、抗逆性强的秀珍菇新菌株青秀2号。新菌株子实体在15℃~35℃环境中正常生长,平均单产为320g·袋^-1,生物学效率为64%,比原菌株增产6.3%,而且种性稳定。

Abstract:With the breeding parent of Pleurotus pulmonarius in Changshan, the Qingxiu 2 was produced using the method of consecutive tissue separating and the systemic screening of cellulose decomposing fungi in natural condition, which was high productive, high quality and had great stress resistance. The new strain grew up in the environment of 15℃-35℃. The average yield was 320 g.bag-1, and biological efficiency was 6.3%, which was higher than the original strain of 64%. Moreover, the new strain was cultivated stability.
