利用TOPSIS法综合评价芽苗期青贮玉米种质耐盐性

摘    要:在CK、85 mmol/L、171 mmol/L、256 mmol/L的NaCl浓度下胁迫10份青贮玉米自交系,测定了在盐胁迫下青贮玉米的相对发芽率,相对胚根长度,幼苗存活率和相对株高,运用TOP-SIS法综合评价供试材料耐盐性,结果表明,各供试材料间耐盐性差异显著,其中079527的综合评价值为0.9171,耐盐性最强;其他各材料综合评价值在0.5-0.7之间,其抗旱耐盐性弱。

Abstract:The relative germination ratio,relative root length,survival rate of seedings and relative plant height were investigated to determine the effect of salty stress on 10 inbred lines of silage maize treated with different concentrations of NaCl,i.e.CK,85 mmol/L,171 mmol/L,256 mmol/L.The method of TOPSIS was used to comprehensively evaluate the salt-tolerance of the supplied materials.The results showed that the 079527 had the strongest salt tolerance in tested pieces with the evaluated value of 0.9171;others tested pieces were poor in the salt tolerance with evaluatd value ranging between 0.5 and 0.7.
