健康与感染枯萎病辣椒植株根际土壤真菌群落结构与多样性

摘    要:近年来,辣椒枯萎病发生越来越严重。为了比较感染枯萎病和健康辣椒根际土壤真菌群落多样性和结构的差异,本研究采用Illumina Miseq测序技术,对漳州3个辣椒种植基地枯萎病典型患病样地的健康植株和感病植株根际土壤中的真菌18S rRNA基因V4区片段进行高通量测序。结果表明,感染枯萎病辣椒植株根际土壤真菌群落多样性低于健康植株。子囊菌门(Ascomycota)为健康与感染枯萎病植株根际土壤的最优势门,丰度分别为18.5%和38.23%。健康和感染枯萎病植株的优势属为被孢霉菌属(Mortierella)、假裸囊菌属(Pseudogymnoascus)、镰刀菌属(Fusarium)和红曲霉菌属(Monascus),感染枯萎病植株的被孢霉菌属相对丰度显著低于健康植株,而镰刀菌属和红曲霉菌属相对丰度显著高于健康植株。

Fungus community structure and diversity of rhizosphere soil ofhealthy and Fusarium wilt chilli plants
Abstract:Abstraet: To understand the funguns community structure and diversity of healthy and wilt chilli plants in rhizosphere soil. The V4 region of the fungus 18S rRNA gene in soil was amplified, and the amplified fragments were sequenced using Illumina MisSeq high-throughput sequencing technology. The result showed that the funguns community diversity of wilt chilli plants in rhizosphere soil was lower than the healthy. Ascomycota were the dominant phylum in healthy and wilt chilli plants, which relative abundance were 18.5% and 38.23% respectively. The dominant genera in healthy and wilt chilli plants in rhizosphere soil were Mortierella, Pseudogymnoascus, Fusarium and Monascus. The relative abundance of Mortierella in wilt chilli plants was lower than healthy plants, but the relative abundance of Fusarium and Monascus was higher than healthy plants.
