苕溪表层水体典型抗生素污染特征与生态风险评价

摘    要:为了评价湖州地区苕溪表层水体抗生素的污染水平和生态风险,利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪,对东、西苕溪表层水体中3类典型抗生素(喹诺酮类、四环素类、磺胺类)的污染水平和污染特征开展了检测分析。结果表明,苕溪表层水体中共检测出8种抗生素,其质量浓度范围≤326.6 ng/L。其中磺胺二甲基嘧啶的检出率最高,达52.1%;磺胺甲基异噁唑的质量浓度平均值最高,为15.6 ng/L。无论是检出率还是质量浓度,均为磺胺类喹诺酮类四环素类。整体而言,西苕溪污染水平低于东苕溪。与国内外其他水域相比,苕溪水体中抗生素的质量浓度总体处于较高水平。本研究的分析评价结果表明,苕溪水体中的抗生素对相应的敏感物种存在较高的生态毒性风险,其中磺胺甲基异噁唑尤为突出。

Typical Antibiotic Pollution Characteristics and Ecological Risk Assessment of Surface Water in Tiaoxi River
Abstract:In order to evaluate the pollution level and ecological risk of antibiotics in the surface water of Tiaoxi River in Huzhou area, three kinds of typical antibiotics (quinolones, tetracyclines, sulfonamides) in surface waters of East and West Tiaoxi River were detected by UPLC-TQ/MS. The results showed that: 7 kinds of antibiotics were detected in the surface water of Tiaoxi River, and the concentration range was n.d.(below the detection limit)~326.6 ng/L. The detection rate of sulfamethazine was the highest, 52.1%. The average concentration of isoxazole was 15.6 ng/L, regardless of the detection rate or mass concentration, sulfonamides > quinolones >tetracyclines. The pollution level of West Tiaoxi River is lower than that of East Tiaoxi River. Compared with other waters at home and abroad, the concentration of antibiotics in the waters of Tiaoxi River is generally at a high level. The evaluation results show that the antibiotics in the waters of Tiaoxi River have high ecotoxicity risks to the corresponding sensitive species, the Sulfamethoxazole is particularly prominent.
