| 摘 要： | 研究了甘蔗F_1代群体6个糖分性状的遗传趋势。结果表明,丛含糖量的表型分布呈现偏向高端的近似正态分布,蔗汁蔗糖分、蔗汁转光度、蔗汁锤度、田间锤度和蔗汁重力纯度的表型分布呈现偏向低端的近似正态分布:丛含糖量的基因型变异系数为33.37％-50.82％。基因型变异范围为0.053-0.298kg;蔗汁蔗糖分的基因型变异系数为4.60％-11.66％,基因型变异范围为8.94％-17.97％;6个糖分性状的广义遗传力均较高,为69.61％-73.21％。

| Abstract: | The hereditary tendency of six sugar characters in sugarcane F_1 was studied and the results in- dicated that the phenotypic distribution of sucrose weight per clump appeared approximate normal distribu- tion being partial to thc high side,while those of sucrose content in the juice,polarization in the juice,brix in thc juice,brix on the field and gravity purity in the juice were partial to the low side of the normal distribution.GCV and GRV of sucrose weight per clump were 33.37%-50.82% and 0.053-0.298 kg, respectivgely;GCV and GRV of sucrose content in the juicfe were 4.60%-11.66% and 8.94%-17.97%, respectively.Broad-sense heritabilities of six sugar characters were all high and ranged from 69.61% to 73.21%. |
