| 摘 要： | 回顾了近几年来有关奶牛乳房炎的研究情况 ,综述了乳房炎对奶牛饲养业的危害和造成的损失 ,发病奶牛所表现的临床症状及乳汁性质的变化 ,以及诊断奶牛隐性乳房炎常用的方法。阐述了该病发病的原因和发病规律。该病的发生在不同年龄的奶牛差异显著 ,同一奶牛的不同乳区也有一定差异 ;该病常见病原有金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌和大肠杆菌等 ;季节、气温等因素对该病的发生有显著的影响 ;微量元素的缺乏可以使易感奶牛发病。另外 ,乳房炎的发生还与管理因素有一定关系。文章还总结了针对该病的部分治疗措施 ,表明环丙沙星、转移因子以及中药如丹参等在对该病的治疗效果比较明显 |

| Abstract: | This review focused on the recent research of mastitis. The damage caused by mastitis was summarized. The changes in milk of infected mammary gland were apparent. And the compromises and some diagnosing methods of mastitis were summarized too. Different cows or different quarters of the same cow were significantly different. Bacteria,such as Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus and Escherichia coli could cause this disease.Research found that cows which were short of microelements were infected much easily than others. Some factors, such as season and temperature,had a significant effect on mastitis.Some medicines for example transfactor and some Chinese traditional herb had better effect on mastitis. |
