摘    要:为全面研究小浪底水库调水调沙试验对河南省大中型引黄灌区引水的影响,河南省组织了多个部门联合对这一问题开展了调查,经过近3年的研究,证明小浪底水库运行后黄河主河槽下切,黄河水位下降速度比预期的要快,各引黄灌区引水困难局面已逐渐显露。提出了小浪底水库运用后对河南省引黄灌溉引水影响的对策。

Abstract:Based on water and sand diversion experiment,the impact of Xiaolangdi reservoir operation on diverting irrigation water from the Yellow River of Henan province was researched.Through the collection and analysis of large experiment data,it is showed that: after Xiaolangdi reservoir operation,the Yellow River channel is degraded,the water level is descending and falls faster than anticipation speed,the diverting irrigation water from the Yellow River becomes difficult.
