龙葵红色素的开发与研制──Ⅰ龙葵红色素最佳浸提条件的选择

摘    要:实验以龙葵果实为原料,采用浸提法,对龙葵红色素的最佳浸提条件进行了研究.结果表明,龙葵红色素的最大吸收峰波长为520nm,以4.5%的盐酸为浸提剂,物料配比(W/V)为1:10,在60℃的条件下,浸提4h,龙葵红色素的提取量最大.且连续浸提2次,总提取率可达90%以上.

Abstract:The conditions for extraction of the red pigment from the black nightshade fruit were studied by means of different methods.The experimental results showed that the highest absorbance of this pigment occurred at 520 nm of wavelength of the light, and the best extraction was achicved when the fruit was mixed with 4.5% HCl of the extraction solution in the ratio of 1: 10(W/V)and extracted for 4 hours at 60℃.When the extraction process was performed twice successively ,a total extraction rate of over 90%was obtained.
