贵州辣椒资源耐贮性分类及评价

摘    要:为探明贵州地方辣椒资源的耐贮性,为耐贮型辣椒的选育奠定材料基础,以80份贵州地方辣椒资源为研究对象,在9℃、湿度85%的条件下贮藏,通过调查贮藏40 d 后的腐烂指数,对辣椒资源的耐贮性进行评价。研究表明,所测得的80份地方辣椒资源,腐烂指数为0.010~1.000,极差达到0.990,采用类平均聚类法将80份辣椒资源依据腐烂指数的大小分为极耐贮型、耐贮型、普通型、不耐贮型和极不耐贮型五大类型。

Evaluation of Storability Assorte on Guizhou Pepper Germplasm Resources
Abstract:To lay the material foundation for the storability pepper’s breeding and explore the storability of Guizhou pepper germplasm resources, we stored 80 pepper germplasm resources of Guizhou at 9℃ and 85% humidity, and investigated the decay index after 40 d. This paper shows that the decay indexes of the 80 local resources were between 0.010-1.000, and the range reached 0.990. The 80 materials were divided into 5 categories according to decay index:extremely storability type, storability type, ordinary type, not storability type and extremely not storability by the systematic sort-average-clustering method.
