菘蓝叶片不同部位靛蓝、靛玉红分布规律研究

摘    要:采用HPLC法测定了二倍体与四倍体菘蓝叶片不同部位的靛蓝、靛玉红含量。研究表明,二倍体与四倍体菘蓝的绿色叶片部分的靛蓝含量均为最高,分别为13.3143、10.4343 mg/g,与其余部位间存在极显著差异(p<0.01);靛玉红含量也以绿色叶片部位较高,分别为1.8733、1.2095 mg/g。

Abstract:Contents of indigo and indirubin in different parts of leaves of diploid and tetraploid from Isatis indigotica were determined by HPLC.Results showed that contents of indigo in green leaves of diploid and tetraploid were the highest and were distinctly different(P<0.01) from those in the other parts,which were 13.3143 mg/g,10.4343 mg/g,respectively;the contents of indirubin of diploid and tetraploid in green leaves were also the highest,which were 1.8733 mg/g,1.2095 mg/g,respectively.
