| 摘 要： | 扶贫型农村互助资金会是一种全新的金融创新模式,有效地破解了落后地区农户发展农业生产遇到的资金瓶颈问题。浙江扶贫型农村互助资金会以社区性和非营利性资金互助合作组织为组建原则,具有立足扶贫、共同出资、民主管理、抵押创新等特点。作者对其产生发展成因作出比较精确的描述,阐述扶贫型农村互助资金会的效用,并提出实现农村互助资金可持续发展对策必须推动三社联动;引导民间资金进入;完善运行机制;建立健全法律法规等。
