| 摘 要： | 研究了原子吸收分光光度法测定微量锌时铁（Ｆｅ２＋，Ｆｅ３＋）的干扰作用，考察了共存离子ＮＨ＋４及酸性介质ＨＣＩ对测定的影响。结果表明，Ｆｅ２＋对测锌有正干扰，Ｆｅ３＋为负干扰。ＮＨ＋４和酸性介质（ｃ（ＨＣｌ）＜２．０ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１）对测锌无干扰。
