摘    要: 在环境气温骤降情况下,研究了转雪莲XLPEBP基因陆地棉后代的抗寒性,结果表明,2份转基因陆地棉后代(T2)材料,抗寒性显著高于对照材料,其中的功能基因有一定的表达作用。

Abstract:The responses of the Xinjiang upland cotton transformed with XLPEBP gene to low temperature  were studied under air temperature suddenly falling situation.The results showed: the resistance to freeze injury in the offspring (T2) of the cotton was stronger than the control, the XLPEBP gene showed its expression and function in the cotton.
