摘    要:对9组毛竹竹片分别进行炭化处理,以含水率、炭化压力、炭化时间为3个变化因素,各取三个水平,并对竹片密度、色差、静曲强度和弹性模量等物理力学性能进行测定;选取一组未经任何处理的竹片进行对比实验.分析得出:经过炭化处理后,竹材色泽发生了较大的变化,由淡黄色变成不同程度的浅棕色;炭化后竹片的密度、静曲强度和弹性模量均随着炭化时间与炭化压力的增加而逐渐降低.其中,含水率的变化对颜色的影响较大,竹材的密度变化主要受炭化时间的影响,炭化压力对静曲强度和弹性模量的影响最大.

Abstract:Nine group of Moso bamboo strips were carbonized respectively under three different levels of water content,carbonization pressure and carbonization time.The mechanical properties of carbonized and unprocessed bamboo strips,including the density,chromatic aberration,modulus of rupture(MOR) and modulus of elasticity(MOE) and so on,were measured.Results indicated that the color of bamboo strip changed from pale yellow to light brown with different degree after carbonization,with the increasing of carbonizatio...
