花生全生育期耐盐鉴定研究

摘    要:采用盆栽试验对花生进行了2 年全生育期耐盐鉴定,结果表明花生在各生育时期的耐盐能力不同,开花下针期、饱果成熟期>幼苗期>芽期,花生芽期和幼苗期是花生对盐害最敏感时期,花生芽期的耐盐性与后期耐盐性无明显相关。以减产50%时的盐浓度作为花生的耐盐系数,确定花生的耐盐系数在2~3 g/L之间。

Abstract:Salt tolerance of peanut growth duration was identified with pot experiment for 2 years. The results showed that capability of salt tolerance was different in different growth stages. The capability of salt tolerance from strong to weak was: flowering, pegging stage and pod setting stage, seedling stage, germinating stage. There were not obvious relation between the salt tolerance in germinating stage and other growing stages. The coefficient of salt tolerance in peanut was 2~3 g/L by salt concentration making peanut loss 50% yield.
