| 摘 要： | 应用中心产区简单随机抽样方法采集73头山东省沾化县德州驴的血液,用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)技术检测了LDH同工酶多型。结果表明,大部分个体都显示4条带,少数个体表现为5条活力带,个体间的差异很大。但整个群体LDH的变化特点为LDH3>LDH4>LDH1>LDH2>LDH5。

| Abstract: | Blood samples of 73 individuals of Dezhou donkey from Zhanhua County in Shangdong Province were collected by simple random sampling in typical colony.LDH isozyme polymorphism were detected by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE).The results showed that the LDH spectrum existed great difference among individuals.There were 4 LDH bands in most individuals,but 5 bands in a few individuals.The LDH variation trend were as follows:LDH3>LDH4>LDH1>LDH2>LDH5. |
