山西省棉铃虫抗药性监测

摘    要:1994~1995年,用点滴法测定了山西省不同棉区棉铃虫对常用5种农药的抗药性。结果表明,棉铃虫对氰戊菊酯,临猗县处于中-高抗水平,襄汾县和平遥县处于中抗水平;对功夫菊酯,临猗县和襄汾县处于中-高抗水平,平遥县处于中抗水平;3个县棉铃虫对氯氰菊酯、久效磷和对硫磷的抗性分别处于低-中抗水平、中抗水平和敏感水平。抗性水平有逐年上升趋势,尤以对功夫菊酯和氯氰菊酯抗性上升最为突出。3个棉区棉铃虫抗性顺序是临猗县>襄汾县>平遥县,抗药性的大小与用药历史和水平有直接的关系。诊断剂量监测结果表明,抗性个体频率随抗性水平的提高而增加。3个监测棉区对菊酯类农药的抗性个体频率均在58%以上,敏感个体只占棉铃虫群体的42%以下,如继续大量单一使用菊酯类农药,可预测棉铃虫对该类农药抗药性将会大幅度上升。

Monitoring of Pesticide Resistance of Cotton Bollworm in Shanxi
Abstract:The pesticide resistance of cotton boll worm (Heliothis armigera Hubner) to five insecticides in various cotton cultural areas of province Shanxi, PR China was investigated using topicaf application. The monitoring resulted that resistance of H. armigera from Linyi county to fenvalerate reached a middle to high level, that from Xiangfen and Pingyao counties reached middle level, to cyhalothrin to a middle to high level in 3 counties, to cypermethrin, monocrotophos and parathion stayed in low to middle level, middle level, and sensitive level respectively. Related directly to the history and amount of pesticide application, resistance level of H. armigera to the pesticide used was in Linyi>in Xiangfen>in Pingyao. Monitering using discriminating dosage (LD99) showed that the sensitive individuals decreased as the resistance level increased. In three counties investigated, the maximum sensitive individuals to pyrethroid insecticides in the natural population was only 42 %. This could be a signal of a rapid rise of pyrethroid resistance, if monotonic use of pyrethroids didn't be stoped.
