摘    要:本文建立了彩色马蹄莲块茎分化丛生芽体系,研究了在植物生长调节剂4-PU和6-BA的影响下块茎分化丛生芽的生理生化变化以及彩色马蹄莲的形态建成。结果表明,4-PU和6-BA对彩色马蹄莲的形态建成所起作用不同。在彩色马蹄莲不同的生理时期,POD活力水平以及对可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质的需求也是不同的。可见,不同生理时期的蛋白质、糖类的含量变化和差异以及酶活的变化在一定程度上反映了基因在时空上的差次表达。

Abstract:Under the establishment of the differentiation from tubers to multiple-shoot of coloured Zantedeschia aethiopia, effects of plant growth regulators 4-PU and 6-BA on biochemical and physiological changes during the differentiation from tubers to multiple-shoot and the morphogenesis of coloured Zantedeschia aethiopia were studied. Results showed that 4-PU and 6-BA played different roles on morphogenesis of coloured Zantedeschia aethiopia. In different physiological periods, the demands of the soluble sugar and protein as well as the POD activity were different. Obviously, the differences of protein and sugar as well as the changes of enzyme activity in different physiological periods reflected the sub-expression of the genes in time and space to a certain extent.
