| Abstract: | Dendrocalamus latiflorus is a kind of high economical value and ecological benefits species, and also is the good source of bamboo shoots and materials for weaving and building. To provide the reference for the production management of secondary seedlings and its technology extension of Dendrocalamus latiflorus tissue culture plantlets in Hainan, this paper introduces the locations of the nursery and the building, nursery bed preparation and processing as well as the seedling cultivation techniques. |
