| 摘 要： | 马铃薯产业的发展对于发挥黑龙江省区域优势,解决粮食安全,促进农民增收及实施黑龙江省"千亿斤粮食产能工程"等方面发挥着至关重要的作用。文章详述马铃薯产业发展的战略意义,分析黑龙江省马铃薯产业发展具有的传统优势和发展空间,探讨制约黑龙江省马铃薯产业发展的瓶颈问题,并提出促进"小土豆"做成"大产业"的基本思路及主要措施。

| Abstract: | Potato industry plays a crucial role in taking regional advantages of Heilongjiang province,resolving food security,increasing farmer's income and implementation of the Heilongjiang provincial project "billions of pounds of grain production engineering".This article details the strategic significance of the development of potato industry,analyzes the traditional advantages and development space of potato industry in Heilongjiang province.The bottlenecks of restricting the development of potato industry in Heilongjiang province were also analyzed.Basic development ideas and measures were discussed to make the promotion of potato industry. |
