机制砂混凝土强度与变形试验研究

摘    要:通过室内试验,对比分析了河砂和机制砂混凝土强度,机制砂混凝土的强度与河砂混凝土强度基本相同,从而得出机制砂可代替河砂作为混凝土的主骨科的结论.研究了不同石粉含量对机制砂混凝土的强度及变形性能的影响.为了消除机制砂混凝土的不利因素,采用掺加高效减水剂和粉煤灰来提高混凝土的性能,并与天然砂混凝土进行比较.大量试验表明,机制砂混凝土的各种性能优良,完全可以满足施工要求,可用于预拌混凝土的生产.

Abstract:This paper compares and analyzes the strength of river-sand concrete and that of manufactured-sand concrete by indoor experiments and comes to a conclusion that the strength of the former is equal to that of the latter;thus the manufactured sand can be used instead of river sand as the orthopedic of concrete.The paper also studies the effects of different amounts of powder upon the strength and deformation of manufactured-sand concrete.In order to eliminate the disadvantage of manufacture sand,we adulterate it with high-efficiency,water-reducing agent and fly ash.We compare this concrete to that with natural sand through many tests,which indicate that its properties are better and that this concrete can totally meet the request of construction and help to produce pre-mix concrete.
