| 摘 要： | 热带农业科技成果的风险防控,是一项重要而复杂的系统工程,必须做到有的放矢、对症下药。采取切实可行的综合防控措施,务必在建立健全热带农业成果转化风险防控机制上下工夫。本文从建立健全热带农业科技成果转化风险防控机制的重要性入手,深入探讨了如何建立一整套科学完善的热带农业科技成果转化的风险防控机制,最后注重如何建立健全成果转化风险防控的责任和长效机制。这在“依法治国”背景下,对农业科技成果转化工作具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Risk prevention and control of tropical agricultural scientific and technological achievements, is one of the important and complex systems engineering, must have a definite object in view, suit the remedy to the case. Take effective measures to comprehensive control, in particular, to establish and improve the risk prevention and control mechanism of the transformation of Tropical Agricultural outcomes, see result. This article from the importance of establishing scientific and technological achievements transformation of tropical agriculture risk prevention and control mechanism to start, it discusses how to establish a set of scientific and perfect the transformation of tropical agricultural science and technology risk prevention and control mechanism, and finally settled on how to establish and improve the achievements of risk prevention and control responsibilities and long-term mechanism. For the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in the context of "rule by law" is an important reference for the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. |
