摘    要:试验以一种新型翻板网式过滤器为研究对象,重点探究其水头损失的变化规律以及水头损失的数学表达式.通过室内原型试验,重点开展翻板网式过滤器水头损失与进水流量以及进水含沙量关系的试验探究.结果显示,进水流量是翻板网式过滤器水头损失的重要影响因素,随着进水流量的增加,水头损失增加;同时,根据局部水头损失公式及连续性方程建立了水头损失与进水流量之间的数学表达模型,并将试验结果进行拟合验证.计算结果与试验结果误差基本小于10%,且公式拟合度可达90%以上.同时试验设定各流量和含沙工况符合实际微灌工程的工作工况,故公式可指导新型翻板网式过滤器水头损失的理论计算,同时作为确定排污压差和排污时间的理论依据,确保翻板网式过滤器最优工况运行.

Abstract:The variation law of head loss of a new type of rotatable plate screen filter was explored.Through the indoor prototype test,the experimental research on the relationship between head loss,inlet flow and sediment concentration of the rotatable plate screen filter was carried out.The results show that the inlet flow is an important influencing factor for the head loss of the rotatable plate screen filter and the head loss increases with the increase of inlet flow.At the same time,according to the local head loss formula and continuity equation,the mathematical expression model between head loss and inlet flow is established.The experimental results are verified by fitting.The results show that the error between the calculated and experimental results is less than 10%and the fitting degree of the formula can reach more than 90%.The formula can guide the theoretical calculation of the head loss of the new type of rotatable plate screen filter,and also serve as the theoretical basis for determining the optimal preset pressure difference for sewage discharge to ensure the operation of the rotatable plate screen filter under an optimal condition.
