烤烟品种主要农艺性状的遗传分析

摘    要:选用12个烤烟品种(系),对烤烟主要农艺性状进行了广义遗传力的估算和相关分析.结果表明:产量遗传力最高为97.54%,有效叶数遗传力相对较低为74.44%,各性状遗传力的大小依次为产是、叶宽、茎围、株高、节间距、叶长、有效叶数.表型变异系数均大于遗传变异系数.产量的遗传变异系数最大,为17.59%;而叶片的长度、宽度、有效叶数及茎围,都与产量呈正相关,只有节间距与产量呈负相关.

Abstract: The broad-sense hertiability (h_B~2) and correlation coefficients of major agronomical characters were estimated using 12 flue-cured tobacco varieties or strains.The results showed that hB2 for yield was highest (97.54%),one for number of productive leaves was lowest (74.44%),ones for various characters were arranged in a descending order:yield,leaf width,stem thickness,plant height,internodal length,leaf length and number of productive leaves.Phenotypic variation coefficients were all greater than the genetic variation coefficients.The genetic variation coefficient of yield was highest (17.59%).The leaf length,leaf width,number of productive leaves and stem thickness were positively correlated with yield whereas the internodal length only was negatively correlated with yield.
