摘    要:对分布于半干旱区的春小麦在大田自然水分胁迫和供水处理下旗叶的蛋白质代谢动态进行了比较研究。结果表明:两种处理下旗叶可溶性蛋白质蛋白质含量变化趋势相似,但水分胁迫下含旦远高于供水处理;游离氨基酸含量变化不大;旗叶发育的5-25天时,水分胁迫虽然抑制了蛋白质合成活性和氨肽酶活性,提高了蛋白酶活性,但对三者由增高到降低趋势并无明显影响;旗叶生长的35-45天时,水分胁迫不仅同时提高了蛋白抽合成活性、蛋白

Abstract:The protein metabolism of flag leaves of spring wheat growing in semi-arid region under watered and water stressed conditions, were investigated. The results showed that content of soluble protein in two treatments had the same change tendency, although it was higher in water stressed leaves than that in watered leaves. The free amino acids remained constant. During 5-25 days of flag leaves development, water stress decreased the capability of the protein synthesis and the activities of aminopeptidase, and increased caseolytic enzyme, but had little effect on their change tendency. During 35-45 days, not only the protein synthesis and the activities of aminopeptidase and caseolytic enzyme were enhanced by water stress, but also their change tendancy varied, there were protein components changes under watered or water stressed treatment at the different developmental stages, but no changes at the same develpmental stages between two treatments.
