思茅普洱茶生产规范化与标准化探讨

摘    要:简要介绍了普洱茶从田间管理、鲜叶采摘到成品贮藏、出厂等过程的生产加工工艺及流程;分析普洱茶加工过程中影响其品质的原料、加工和贮藏等问题;探讨思茅普洱茶生产加工过程中对品质改进拟采取的系列生产规范化和标准化措施;提出根据当地的天然环境优势,大力发展有机普洱茶生产,并适时开发普洱茶的再加工产品,将是普洱茶发展的一条有效途径。

Abstract:The production techniques for Pu'er tea such as field management and fresh leaf harvesting,the processing techniques,process flow,storage of tea products were introduced.The problems included in raw materials,processing and storage etc were analyzed,which might affect the quality of tea in the processing.A serial measures for production regularization and standardization in the processing and production were discussed to improve the quality of tea.Developing organic Pu'er tea should be strengthened according to the local natural environment advantages,which would be an effective way to develop Pu'er tea.
