摘    要:以氯化铬0.5mgCr/kg饵料喂饲鲤二个月,以全鱼为受试物,不同剂量给小鼠一次灌胃,观察2周。急性毒性实验证明该样品为无毒物质。遗传毒理学检测,小鼠骨髓嗜多微核试验为阴性;小鼠睾丸染色体畸变分析末见染色体损伤;小鼠伤寒沙门氏菌/微粒体试验(Ames)在不加与加S9代谢活化系统的条件下,对Ames试验菌球均呈阴性结果。上述三项检测结果表明:铬对鱼无致突变作用,从遗传毒理学角度认为食用是安全的。

Abstract:Minced whole fish(Cyprinus carpio) fed with the diet containing 0.5mgCr/kg for 2 months was used for genetic - toxicological test. The minced meat was adminstered at various doses to mice by stomach - tube - Acute toxicological test showed that minced fish meat was intoxic. The re-sults of genetic - toxicological tests were as follow. Test of micronuclealus in red cells of bone marrow was negative. No chromosome damages were found in chromosome mutagenic analysis. Ames test was also negative in either with or without adding S9 metaboic stimulating system.Above results showed that minced Cr - containing fish meat has no mutagenic effect and is save for feeding genetic - toxicologically.
