珍珠黄杨无性系过氧化物酶同工酶分析研究

摘    要:目的]利用过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶标记技术对珍珠黄杨无性系进行研究。方法]以珍珠黄杨普通无性系和新整理出的5个无性系为材料,对其叶片提取液进行POD同工酶电泳。结果]结果表明:珍珠黄杨各无性系经POD同工酶电泳后条带数较少,只有4条,多态性不强,但根据酶谱染色深浅仍能区别各个无性系。结论]研究认为该技术在珍珠黄杨无性系鉴定中有一定的应用潜力。

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to study the peroxidase isozyme patterns of Buxus sinica var.parvifolia by polyacrylamide electrophoresis.Method]Taken common clones and five new clones of B.sinica var.parvifolia for materials,and its leaves extract was used to carry out peroxidase isozyme electrophoresis.Result]The results showed that only 4 isozyme bands were found in B.sinica var.parvifolia,and the polymorphism of them was not significant.But each clone could be distinguished from the degree of dyeing.Co...
