摘    要:目的]本试验旨在探讨菌渣配合饲料对育肥牛的增重效果.方法]选用体型良好,体重相近的西门塔尔杂交牛24头,随机分为2组,每组12头,分别为试验组和对照组(经方差分析,两组牛试验初期体重差异不显著(P<0.05)),试验组饲喂菌渣配合饲料,对照组饲喂本场精料,试验期为90 d.结果]结果表明:试验组牛与对照组牛增重差异不显著(P>0.05),试验组牛和对照组牛日盈利差异极显著(P<0.05).结论]利用菌渣配合饲料饲喂肉牛可降低肉牛养殖成本,提高养殖效益.

Abstract:Objective]This test was designed to discuss the weight gain effect between the bacterial res-idue formulated feed and local recipes feed for beef cattle. Methods]A total of 24 Simmental crossbredcattle with good size and similar weight were selected and randomly divide into two groups, which werenamed as the test group and the control group (there was no not significant difference of weight betweenthese two groups using analysis of variance (P〈0.05)). They were fed bacteria residue formulated feedand local recipes feed for 90 d, respectively. Results]The results showed that there was no significantdifference of weight gain between the test group and the control group of cattle (P〈 0.05). However,there was significant difference of average day earnings between the test group and a control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion]Using bacteria residue formulated feed to feed beef cattle could reduce breeding costs andimprove breeding efficiency, of fattening cattle.
