摘    要:目的]分析了不同含水率三得利苜蓿在添加糖蜜(BM)与复合菌处理下青贮料品质及青贮效果.方法]取喷洒1%的糖蜜,复合菌混合液的长度为1 cm的鲜草,半干草(晾晒6h、12 h、24 h、28 h)置1 000 ml瓶中,装满压实,密封,标记,分别记为5种处理的试验组T0、T6、T12、T24、T28,另取相同容量的原草料为对照组,每种处理3个重复,40 d后取料并对其感官,营养,青贮指标分析.结果]表明:添加糖蜜(BM)与复合菌处理后,苜蓿能在较高水分下青贮,其中,晾晒12h萎蔫草(水分68.94%)青贮料的CP含量和原料草差异最小(仅相差0.53%),NH3-N含量(2.4 g/L)和pH值(3.9)最低,乳酸含量最高(0.19 g/L).结论]说明添加BM与复合菌处理是一种既可保证青贮料的品质,又不需要过多时间预干的青贮方法.

Abstract:Objective] This test analyzed the nutrition and silage effect of medicago sativa cv. Sanditiwith different moisture treated by adding complex microbial (CM) and beet molasses (BM). Method] 1em of grass and hey were sprayed 1% molasses, compound bacterium mixture, then they were put in the 1000 ml, and were filled, sealed, marked, and signed the test groups (T6, T12) by five kinds of processing.In the same way, it took the same capacity of drying the original forage for control group(T0). Each groupwere deal with three times. After 40 d, they were picked and analyzed their senses, nutrition, silage in-dex. Result]The results showed that clover was silaged under the high moisture condition by adding mo-lasses (BM) and compound bacterium. CP content of the silage of withered grass (with moisture 68.94%)had a very slight difference (difference 0.53%) comparing with raw material by adding CM and BM after12 h of drying. And, its NH3-N 2.4 g/L and pH(3.9) of silage was lowest in all kinds of treatments. Butthe content of Lactic acid was highest (0.19 g/L). IConclusion] These results explained that alfalfa couldsilage under the higher moisture by adding CM and BM, without pre--drying for long time.
