| 摘 要： | 根据本所多年来对美系獭兔和德系獭兔的生产性能测定及推广利用结果,总结出美系獭兔的繁殖性能强,生长速度慢,饲养周期长,养殖成本高.而德系獭兔生长速度快,繁殖性能差,成活率低,养殖效益低.针对美系獭兔和德系獭兔的生长和繁殖特点,应用现代遗传育种理论和技术,对美系白色獭兔和德系白色獭兔进行杂交育种,采用群体继代选育法,进行闭锁繁育,以进一步固定优良性状.经过连续五个世代的选育,培育出生长速度快,繁殖性能强,成活率高,且遗传性状稳定的白色獭兔R新品系.并对其繁殖性能及生长发育性能进行测定,为獭兔的品种选育提供理论依据.

| Abstract: | According to years' production testing,the Rex from America has a strong reproductivity,slow growth rate,long feeding cycle and a high feeding cost;the Rex from German has a fast growth rate,poor reproductivity,low survival rate and a low feeding efficiency.Crossbreeding aplying closed-population selection from generation to generation was done between the American white Rex and the Germanic white Rex.After five generation selection,the new strain (R-white Rex)has been bred successfully.The growth rate of the new strain is fast,reproductivity is strong,survival rate is high and the genetic character is stable.The growth-development traits and the reproductive performance of the new strain were tested.So,based on this Study the selection of Rex species can be taken. |
