| 摘 要： | 在对科技引领与支撑天津新农村建设现状进行评价的基础上,提出科技引领与支撑新农村建设"一、二、三、四、五"的总体思路,以及深化科技管理体制改革、完善科技创新投入机制、优化科技创新平台、创新科技人才政策、推进产学研联合机制等保障措施与政策建议。

| Abstract: | On the base of appraising the present situation of science-technology innovation to prop up Tianjin new socialist villages building,it puts forward the total thought and countermeasures such as deepening the reform of managing system,perfecting the investing mechanism,strengthening the innovation platform,sounding the talent policies,promoting the cooperate among enterprises,colleges and researching units and etc. |
