白浆土不同层次土壤含水量及微生物研究

摘    要:为从微生物学角度探讨白浆土的改良,对白浆土不同层次间土壤水分含量及土壤微生物数量进行研究。结果表明:白浆土的白浆层(20~40cm)土壤含水量低,分别比耕层(0~20cm)和淀积层(40~60cm)低18.67%和24.13%;土壤不同层次微生物数量均表现为细菌>放线菌>真菌,其在土壤不同层次间分布趋势是耕层>白浆层>淀积层,三大类微生物数量均表现随土壤深度的增加而减少。

Abstract:The soil water content and the number of soil microorganism different layers of planosol were studied to discuss the improvement of planosol from the view of microorganism.The results showed that the water content of subsoil(20~40 cm)was 18.67% less than topsoil(0~20 cm)and 24.13% less than illuvial horizon(40~60 cm).The number of soil microorganism in different layers was bacterium>actinomyces>fungus.Their distribution trend in the different layers of planosol was topsoil>subsoil>illuvial horizon.The numbers of three species microorgansim were decrease with increasing of the soil depth.
