贵州适种杧果品质分析

摘    要:【目的】探索不同杧果品种果实品质性状,为贵州杧果栽培和新品种选育提供参考依据。【方法】以贵州适种的红玉杧、金煌杧、贵妃杧、玉文杧、桂热杧82号、台农1号、桂热杧10号等7个杧果品种的成熟果实为试材,分别采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸比色法、2,6-二氯靛酚滴定法、酸碱滴定法、固形物折射法等方法,测定了其果实的单果质量、果形指数、可食率、粗纤维含量、可溶性糖含量、水分含量、可溶性固形物含量、总酸含量、维生素C含量、蛋白质含量、糖酸比、固酸比等12个品质指标,并进行了变异分析、相关性分析和主成分分析。【结果】测定结果表明:贵州杧果种质果实品质变异丰富,其变异系数为3.77%~83.34%;其中,维生素C的变异程度最大,其变异系数为83.34%;其次分别为总酸含量、固酸比、单果质量、糖酸比、可溶性糖含量、蛋白质含量、粗纤维含量、果形指数、可溶性固形物含量,其变异系数依次是52.99%、45.68%、43.69%、42.29%、22.11%、18.63%、16.70%、15.85%、15.22%。相关性分析结果表明:杧果果实各品质性状间存在复杂的相关性,部分品质性状之间存在着显著或极显著的相关性,其中单果质量与果形指数、可食率均呈显著正相关,可溶性糖与可溶性固形物呈极显著正相关,糖酸比与固酸比呈极显著正相关。以7个品种杧果果实的12个品质性状指标进行主成分分析,结果可将12个品质性状指标归纳为4个主成分,其累积方差贡献率达92.206%,能够代表原有品质性状的绝大部分信息。【结论】从主成分分析的得分情况来看,金煌杧、红玉杧、台农1号、桂热杧82号、桂热杧10号、玉文杧、贵妃杧的得分分别为0.71、0.56、0.17、0.06、-0.16、-0.58、-0.76,表明金煌杧在贵州的综合品质性状表现最好,其次分别是红玉杧和台农1号,而贵妃杧、玉文杧、桂热杧10号的品质性状在贵州的表现均相对较差,主要表现在其果实中的可溶性糖含量均相对较低,而其总酸含量均相对较高。在贵州杧果产业发展中,金煌杧可以作为优势品种在贵州大面积推广,其次是中晚熟品种红玉杧。

Abstract:【Objective】To explore fruit quality characters of different mango varieties,and to provide some references for mango cultivation and new variety selection in Guizhou.【Method】Mature fruits of seven mango varieties were used as test materials,including Hongyu mango,Jinhuang mango,Guifei mango,Yuwen mango,Guire No.82,Tainong No.1 and Guire No.10.Total 12 quality indexes were determined by using 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid colorimetry,2,6-dichloroindophenol titration method,acid-base titration method and solid refraction method,including single fruit mass,fruit shape index,edible rate,crude fiber content,soluble sugar content,water content,soluble solid content,total acid content,vitamin C content,protein content,sugar-acid ratio,solid-acid ratio.Variation analysis,correlation analysis and principal component analysis were carried out.【Result】The results show that variation of fruit quality in Guizhou mango germplasm is rich,and its coefficient was from 3.77%to 83.34%.Among which variation coefficient of vitamin C is the largest(83.34%),followed by total acid content,solid-acid ratio,single fruit mass,sugar-acid ratio,soluble sugar content,protein content,crude fiber content,fruit shape index and soluble solid content,and their variation coefficients are 52.99%,45.68%,43.69%,42.29%,22.11%,18.63%,16.70%,15.85%,15.22%,respectively.The results of correlation analysis show that there are complex correlations between quality characters of mango fruit,and there are significant or very significant correlation between some quality characters.Among which single fruit mass is significantly positively correlated with fruit shape index and edible rate,soluble sugar is very significantly positively correlated with soluble solids,and sugar-acid ratio is very significantly positively correlated with solid-acid ratio.Based on the results of principal component analysis,12 fruit quality indexes of seven mango varieties can be classified into four principal components,and their cumulative variance contribution rate is 92.206%,which can represent most information of original quality characters.【Conclusion】According to the scores of principal components,scores of Jinhuang mango,Hongyu mango,Tainong No.1,Guire No.82,Guire No.10,Yuwen mango and Guifei mango are 0.71,0.56,0.17,0.06,-0.16,-0.58,-0.76,respectively.So comprehensive quality of Jinhuang mango is the best in Guizhou,followed by Hongyu mango and Tainong No.1.While comprehensive qualities of Guifei mango,Yuwen mango and Guire No.10 are relatively poor in Guizhou,because of relatively low content of soluble sugar and relatively high content of total acid.In development of mango industry in Guizhou,Jinhuang mango can be widely used as a dominant variety,followed by Hongyu mango.
