复硝酚钠对油茶花芽内源激素和花芽分化率的影响

摘    要:【目的】研究不同稀释程度的复硝酚钠对油茶开花过程中花芽内源激素含量及花芽分化率的影响,分析油茶花芽内源激素含量与花芽分化率的相关性,探究促进油茶开花的最佳复硝酚钠稀释程度,以期提高油茶的花芽分化率,为提高油茶产量提供参考。【方法】以9年生’长林4号’油茶为试验材料,采用单因素试验设计,对植株分别叶面喷施1.8%复硝酚钠水剂的4 000、2 000、1 000、500、250倍稀释液,以喷施纯水为对照(CK)。【结果】在试验水平范围内,提高油茶花芽分化率的1.8%复硝酚钠水剂最佳稀释程度为2 000倍。喷施低浓度的复硝酚钠使油茶花芽内源ZR含量升高,ABA、GA3、IAA含量先升高、后降低;油茶叶片可溶性糖含量降低,可溶性蛋白含量先降低、后升高。在试验水平范围内,花瓣形成期油茶花芽ABA含量、ZR含量、GA3含量、IAA含量与花芽分化率呈显著正相关(P <0.05);在花芽分化过程中,ZR含量、GA3含量与IAA含量三者间呈极显著正相关(P <0.01);形态分化期,油茶叶片可溶性蛋白含量与花芽分化率呈显著负相关(P <0.05)。【结论】在试验水平范围内,提高油茶花芽分化率的1.8%复硝酚钠水剂最佳稀释程度为2 000倍,喷施低浓度复硝酚钠可能通过提高油茶花芽花瓣形成期花芽中的ZR、IAA、GA3含量,降低油茶叶片的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量,进而提高油茶花芽分化率。

Abstract:【Objective】To explore effects of different concentrations of compound sodium nitrophenolate(CSN)on endogenous hormones contents and differentiation rate in Camellia oleifera flower bud,to analyze correlation between endogenous hormones contents and differentiation rate in C.oleifera flower bud,to explore the best CSN concentration for promoting flowering in C.oleifera,to improve flower bud differentiation rate in C.oleifera,and to provide some references for improving C.oleifera production.【Method】Nine-year-old‘Changlin-4’was used as test materials.Leaves were sprayed with 4000,2000,1000,500,250 times dilute solution of 1.8%CSN,and spraying water was used as control(CK),by using single factor test design.【Result】In test level range,optimal dilute degree of 1.8%CSN for improving flower bud differentiation rate in C.oleifera is 2000 times.After spraying low concentration of CSN,ZR content in C.oleifera flower bud is increased,and contents of ABA,GA3 and IAA are increased firstly and then decreased.Soluble sugar content in C.oleifera leaf is decreased,and soluble protein content is decreased firstly and then increased.In test level range,flower bud differentiation rate has significant positive correlations with ABA content,ZR content,GA3 content and IAA content in flower bud during petal formation(P<0.05).There are very significant positive correlations between ZR content,GA3 content and IAA content during flower bud differentiation(P<0.01).Soluble protein content in C.oleifera leaf has a significant negative correlation with flower bud differentiation rate during morphological differentiation(P<0.05).【Conclusion】In test level range,optimal dilute degree of 1.8%CSN for improving flower bud differentiation is 2000 times.Through enhancing contents of ZR,IAA and GA3 in C.oleifera flower bud during petal formation,spraying low concentrations of CSN decreases contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in C.oleifera leaf,and then increases flower bud differentiation rate in C.oleifera.
