摘    要:【目的】了解多酚类物质组分及含量在泡核桃不同器官中的差异状况,从而为深刻认识并合理利用核桃不同器官中的多酚类物质提供参考依据。【方法】以泡核桃成熟期的根、枝、叶片及果实(青皮、内种皮、去皮种仁)为试材,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对不同器官中多酚类物质的组分及含量进行了分析。【结果】在泡核桃各器官中共检测到了绿原酸、没食子酸、对香豆酸、咖啡酸、阿魏酸、香草酸、丁香酸、丁香醛、儿茶素、表儿茶素、杨梅素、槲皮素、芦丁、胡桃醌共14种多酚物质,不同器官中多酚组分及含量的差异均明显。从叶片和青皮中可检测到12种单体酚,从根和枝中可检测到11种单体酚,从内种皮中可检测到10种单体酚,从去皮种仁中仅可检测到7种单体酚;多酚物质总含量,内种皮最多,去皮种仁最少。在所检出的多酚物质中,胡桃醌是根、枝、青皮中含量最高的单体酚,芦丁是叶片和内种皮中含量最高的单体酚,绿原酸在枝、叶片、内种皮中都有较高的含量。【结论】绿原酸、芦丁和胡桃醌是检测到的14种酚类物质中的主要成分,内种皮是多酚物质富集程度最高的器官。泡核桃的根、枝和青皮适用于提取萘醌类物质,而其内种皮是提取芦丁的最佳器官。

Abstract:【Objective】To learn differences of components of polyphenols and their contents in different organs of Juglans sigillata,and to provide some references for deep understanding and rational utilizing polyphenols in different organs of J.sigillata.【Method】Using root,branch,leaf and fruit(green husk,endocarp and peeled kernel)of J.sigillata at mature stage as test materials,components of polyphenols and their contents different organs were analyzed by using method of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).【Result】Chlorogenic acid,gallic acid,p-coumaric acid,caffeic acid,ferulic acid,vanillic acid,syringic acid,syringaldehyde,catechin,epicatechin,myricetin,quercetin,rutin and juglone are detected in all organs of J.sigillata.Components of polyphenols and their contents in different organs have significant differences.Twelve kinds of phenols are detected in leaf and green husk,11 kinds in root and branch,10 kinds in endocarp,and only 7 kinds in peeled kernel.Total phenolic content is the most in endocarp,while the least in peeled kernels.Among them,juglone content is the highest in root,branch and green husk,rutin content is the highest in leaf and endocarp,and chlorogenic acid content also is higher in branch,leaf and endocarp.【Conclusion】Chlorogenic acid,rutin and juglone are main components of 14 phenolic substances detected in J.sigillata,and endocarp is a organ with the highest concentration of polyphenols.Root,branch and green husk are suitable for extracting naphthalene quinones,and endocarp is the best organ used for extracting rutin.
