摘    要:目的]探索蜡蚧轮枝菌与化学农药低浓度混用在生物防治中的应用。方法]采用PDA培养基培养蜡蚧轮枝菌MZ041024菌株分生孢子,测定不同浓度的分生孢子液对菜缢管蚜的毒力,选取最佳防效的浓度与4种农药不同浓度混配,采用浸渍法对菜缢管蚜进行毒力测定。结果]菜缢管蚜的死亡率随MZ041024菌株分生孢子液浓度的增加而增大。孢子浓度为4.9×108个/m l时毒力最高。菌药混用对菜缢管蚜的防治效果比单用分生孢子液和稀释后的化学农药的防治效果好。10倍稀释液与生防菌的混合液对菜缢管蚜的防治增效作用高于与100倍稀释液的混合液。结论]蜡蚧轮枝菌与农药混配对菜缢管蚜具有较好的防治效果,有广阔的发展前景。

Study on Control Effect of Mixed Preparation of Verticillium lecanii and Pesticides on Lipaphis erysimi
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to explore the application of mixed use of Verticillium lecanii and chemical pesticides at low concn.in the biological control.Method]The conidia of V.lecanii MZ041024 strain were cultured in PDA medium,the virulence of conidium liquid with different concn.on Lipaphis erysimi were detected,the concn.of optimum control effect was selected to mixed with four chemical pesticides with different concn.and their virulence on L.erysimi was detected by impregnation method.Result] The mortality rate of L.erysimi was increased with the increase of conidium liquid concn.of V.lecanii MZ041024 strain and the virulence was highest when the spore was 4.9×108 spores/ml.The control effect of the mixed use of V.lecanii and pesticides on L.erysimi was better than that of solely using conidium liquid and diluted chemical pesticides.The synergism of the mixture of 10-foild diluted liquid and biocontrol bacteria on L.erysimi was higher than that of the mixture of 100-foild diluted liquid and biocontrol bacteria.Conclusion] The mixed preparation of V.lecanii and pesticides had better control effect on L.erysimi,which had wide prospect.
