| 摘 要： | 在10℃下，利用三角瓶密闭熏蒸法研究了辣根素对赤拟谷盗、谷蠹和长角扁谷盗成虫的熏蒸作用。结果表明，辣根素对三种仓储害虫成虫均具有较强的熏蒸活性。其中，辣根素Ⅱ的熏蒸效果更好，剂量达到5．797μL／L时，处理48h后，赤拟谷盗校正死亡率达到100%；剂量达到1．449μL／L时，处理48h后，谷蠹校正死亡率达到100％；剂量达到0．725μL／L时，处理24h后，长角扁谷盗校正死亡率达到100%。

| Abstract: | At 10 ℃, it assessed the fumigation toxicity of AITC against the adults of Tribolium castaneum Herbst, Rhizopertha dominica Fabricius and Cryptolestes pusillus Schonher by fumigation method in air- tight triangle bottle. The results showed that AITC had significant fumigant toxicity against the adults of the stored--grain insects. The efficacy of AITCII was better, at 5. 797, 1. 449 μL/L, the corrected mortality rate of Tribolium castaneum Herbst, Rhizopertha dominica Fabricius was 100 % respectively after 48 hours; at 0. 725 μL/L, the corrected mortality rate of Cryptolestes pusillus Schonher was 100% after 24 hours. |
