| 摘 要： | 农机社会化服务旨在通过专业化、规模化、集约化途径消除传统农机使用的非经济性,并从根本上解决农机发展的动力机制问题。新型农机服务机构本质上是一种基于农村市场化的组织创新,并逐渐从农业组织创新"切换"到农业产业化组织创新。当前,应推动农机服务组织与机制创新,构建产权明晰、管理科学的综合性农机社会化服务体系。

| Abstract: | Social service of agricultural machinery aims to eliminate their traditional non -economic use and solve the problem of dynamic system in their development fundamentally .The new type agricultural services , which appear after ru-ral reforms in Shandong Province , in essence are a kind of organizational innovation based on rural marketization ,switches gradually from the innovation of agricultural organization to the one of agricultural industrialized organization .In order to improve the efficiency of agricultural machinery service , system innovation should be promoted of agricultural machinery organization ,and a comprehensive social service system of agricultural machinery should be constructed with clear owner -ship and scientific management . |
