自行式牛蒡播种机的设计

摘    要:针对现有牛蒡播种机不能实现自动行走、播种效果不理想等问题,设计开发了自行式牛蒡播种机。该机由工作台、动力传动部分、双离合控制装置及播种机构组成。动力传动部分通过直流电机调速器实现行走速度可调,双离合控制装置可方便地实现行走车轮与播种机构动力的接入断开,播种装置拆卸方便。试验结果表明:该机播种合格率可达85%以上,作业质量符合农艺要求;机具结构设计合理,为推动牛蒡机械化种植的发展提供了技术支持。

Abstract:A new design of the burdock seeder has been accomplished aimed to solve the extremely important problem of the burdock seeder cannot achieve automatic walking and low efficiency in recent research .The machine composed of the working table , power transmission part , dual clutch control device and seeding mechanism .Power transmission part through the DC motor speed regulator can adjust the speed .Double clutch control device can realize the access and power off for dynamic walking wheel and seeding convenient .Seeding mechanism can be easily filling seed and disassemble . Field test shows that the qualified rate reaches up to over 85%and work quality satisfies the requirement of agronomy and the design of structure is completely in reason , which provides technology support for promote the development of burdock planting mechanization .
